About Kristen
I work alongside HR and business leaders to grow the people they’re counting on — from mid-career to executive — and to build teams that trust each other and perform.
My gift is seeing people clearly: their patterns, their strengths, and what they’re capable of before they see it themselves. I bring a Blue Zones lens to that work, focusing on vitality, connection, and purpose.
Because leading well and living well go together.
The leaders I partner with are already accomplished. They come because they sense there is another level for themselves or their teams — and they’re ready to reach it.

What Makes Me Unique
Clients have called me a “barometer of truth” — someone who reflects what is actually true, not just what is easy to hear. That honesty is how we connect quickly, and how trust builds fast enough to do real work together.
My clients don’t just perform better. They become clearer, more grounded, and more vibrant — the kind of leaders others want to follow.

My work began in change management and organizational development at organizations like Accenture and Best Buy, as well as through entrepreneurial ventures. Over time, it evolved the way most meaningful work does: toward what I do best.
Today, I focus on coaching, facilitating, and helping teams and individuals envision and create the next level of impact in their leadership.

Sustainable Leadership Growth
I focus on three elements that, together, make leadership more sustainable.
- Mindset (Your Internal Lens): The beliefs and attitudes that shape how you show up.
- Skillset (Your Toolkit): What you know and can do to execute and lead change.
- Vitality (Your Fuel): The energy and capacity to lead consistently, even under real pressure.
Skillset gets you competent.
Mindset and vitality move you through.
When all three align, leadership stops feeling like a performance and becomes more sustainable — and more authentically like you.

Experience and Perspective
My commitment to sustainable leadership is also personal. As a longtime yogi, mindfulness practitioner, and fitness instructor, I’ve woven sustainable energy practices into my work — helping leaders strengthen not only performance, but clarity, presence, and well-being.
I’m also a lifelong learner, currently studying the intersection of leadership and neuroscience to sharpen how I partner with clients.
I bring this perspective to a range of leaders, teams, and organizations. Recent clients include Oura Ring, Cargill, American Tire Distributors, and professionals seeking support in career and life transition.
